Bootcamp

Join the ‘Fitness Ninja’, Master Trainer, and MIJO Sport co-owner, Jonathan Carpenter for a dynamic, functional and challenging total body workout. Classes are designed to enable weightloss, increase existing fitness levels and improve physical stability and strength using such tools as dumbbells, tubing, BOSU’s, TRX, bodyweight and more. Using phased workouts you will move through classes that focus on strength, aerobic and anaerobic cardio, agility, power and stability.
