About WTF Taekwondo
WTF (World Taekwondo Federation) Taekwondo is an official Olympic sport that teaches punching, kicking, blocking, patterns, self defence and sparring. Students will enjoy the dynamic nature of this sport as they progress to learn jumping, spinning and flying kicks.
Based on a belt system, Taekwondo offers students the opportunity to learn and practice a set curriculum to achieve each new level. Students will be challenged with new and more complex techniques as they work their way toward achieving their Black Belt. Through dedicated practice and hard work, students will learn and understand the 5 Tenets of Taekwondo: Courtesy, Integrity, Pereverence, Self Control, Indomitable Spirit and learn to apply such principles in daily life.
